We can cater for people with intolerances or for a vegetarian diet as long as you are specific when booking with us. Special diets require advance notice. Strict vegetarians should pack a few of their favourite staples. Your food on Anaconda III is freshly prepared using fresh local produce.

Bannana’s are bad luck on boats. This is an old ancient nautical superstition that still exists today. You can bring extra or your favourite exotic fruit if you wish but leave the bannana’s on the mainland please. Our crew feels better if there are no bannana’s around. Basic fruit is available and included.

Bottled water is available for purchase. You are welcome to bring your own favourite brand if you would like to. Snacks such as chips and chocolates are also available for purchase or you can pack some of your own favourites to bring with you.

Day 1
After boarding Anaconda III in the early evening everyone receives a complimentary glass of champagne to drink with an evening snack of a variety of Australian cheeses on a platter, carrot and celery sticks and dry crackers and dip. Anaconda III has a licensed bar where you can purchase beer or wine at reasonable prices.

Day 2
Continental breakfast with a variety of cereals, fresh bread or toast, tropical fruit salad, juice and a variety of jams and spreads. Tea and coffee are available all day.

Lunch will be a smorgasbord with a good selection of cut meats. A fresh salad made with tomato, lettuce, cucumber and mayonaise is supplied along with fresh bread rolls.

Afternoon tea is a yummy cheese platter with dip, carrot and celery stick with crackers.

Dinner tonight is a roast chicken dinner with herb stuffing and a tantalising sauce. Trimmings are a creamy cheese pasta, steamed vegetables with garlic and golden roast potatoes.

Desert is a rich chocolate Bavarian treat

Day 3
Continental breakfast with a variety of cereals, fresh bread or toast, tropical fruit salad, juice and a variety of jams and spreads. Tea and coffee are available all day.

Mexican lunch. Today lunch is fresh tacos with a spicy beef n bean filling with a fresh tomato, lettuce and corn filling. Side dishes are freshly steamed rice and coconut rice, salsa, sweet chilli sauce and sour cream.

Afternoon tea is a freshly prepared cheese platter with dip, carrot and celery stick with crackers.

Dinner this evening you dine on deck with a fresh seafood barbeque for dinner. BBQ’d fresh fish in a marinade of herbs, garlic and butter. Fresh salads, garlic bread and tasty mashed potatoes.

Desert is Australia’s favourite creamy cheese cake.

Day 4
Continental breakfast with a variety of cereals, fresh bread or toast, tropical fruit salad, juice and a variety of jams and spreads. Tea and coffee are available all day.

Lunch is a Quiche Lorraine accompanied by an Italian pasta made from Spanish onions with capsicum and a selection of fresh salads.
